After a giveaway ends, winners receive a DM and see a 🎁 Claim Prize button in the announcement. If the configured window (e.g. 24h) passes without them clicking, Griedon automatically picks a new winner from the remaining entry pool — no manual intervention needed.
Yes. Every core feature — giveaways, leveling, invites, message tracking, donors, and all configuration — is free. There are no paywalled tiers for standard community management.
Use /gcreate or /giveaway create with a claim time parameter (e.g. claim_time:24h). Griedon handles everything else — countdown, reroll, and DMs to the expired winner explaining their deadline passed.
Yes. Use /gconfig managerrole to assign a staff role. Only server administrators and assigned manager-role holders can create, edit, or end giveaways.
/gcreate is the fast-path — fill in the modal, confirm, and the giveaway goes live. /giveaway create is the interactive draft builder that lets you see a live embed preview before posting, useful for complex giveaways with custom banners and requirements.
